RETURNS & REFUNDS
All products purchased from Durbanville Games, may be returned for a refund or exchange providing that –

EXCHANGES
Providing that the item is returned within 7 working days of purchase from the store, the product may be returned may be exchanged for another item in store of the same value or higher, providing co-payment is made.

REFUNDS
Providing that the item is returned within 7 working days of purchase from the store, in the exact same condition as when it left the store i.e. sealed, unopened and undamaged, a refund may be issued to the customer.

Exchanges & Refunds are issued at the discretion of the store owner.

PRE ORDERS / BACK ORDERS
When an item is displaying as Back Order on our site, this means either
– the item is available with the supplier and needs to be ordered in for the customer or
– it is an item that is on Pre-Order with the supplier and is not yet available with either Durbanville
Games or the supplier as it is not yet launched in the country.
Pre Orders and Back Orders are committed orders and cannot be cancelled with DG.
Once Durbanville Games have placed an order with the supplier, who in turn orders stock based on the pre-orders placed, DG is committed to the order and cannot cancel. The only time a cancellation may possibly be cancelled, is if it is an item that can easily be sold in store and not a pre-order for a product that is still to be launched, and this decision is made at the stores discretion. A cancellation handling fee may be charged to cover admin/card fees incurred on the cancellation of the order.
